Education Management Solutions

Systems for admissions, students, courses, attendance, fees and results for schools and training providers.

About this solution

Schools, colleges and training providers handle a lot of structured information: applications, enrolments, timetables, attendance, fees and results. An education management system keeps it in one place and gives staff, students and parents the right view of it.

How we work

We map the academic year and the roles involved, then build the modules you need first, such as admissions and fees, and add others over time. Access is role-based so each person sees only what they should.

How the work is scoped

We map the institution’s admissions, enrolment, attendance, fee and results processes with the staff who use them. The scope identifies which records students, teachers and administrators can see or change. Sample imports and report formats are reviewed before implementation, with checks for duplicate records and authorised corrections.

Scope and exclusions

Learning-content production, examination policy, payment-provider charges and migration of every historical file are outside the default software scope. We do not make institutional or regulatory decisions for you. Integrations with external learning platforms need their own access and verification plan.

A practical example

A training provider could begin with applications, course enrolment and fee status, then add attendance once staff roles are verified. Staff would correct records through controlled screens rather than direct database edits. This is an example phased scope, not a claim about a real institution.

Pricing and handover

Work is quoted after the requirements and acceptance checks are agreed. The handover covers the delivered changes, verification notes and operating instructions for the agreed scope. Further releases and ongoing maintenance are optional and scoped separately.
