Online booking and two-sided marketplace platforms with availability, payments and notifications.

Booking appointments, rooms, classes or services online, or connecting buyers with sellers, needs more than a contact form: availability, confirmations, payments, cancellations and an admin view of everything that is happening.
We design the booking or listing rules with you first, then build the customer journey, the provider or seller tools and the admin area, with payments and email notifications handled reliably.
We define what can be booked or purchased, who supplies it and which rules govern availability, cancellations and refunds. The scope covers customer, provider and staff journeys together so a confirmed booking has a consistent state across the platform. Time zones, concurrent requests and payment outcomes are part of the agreed verification plan.
A marketplace build does not include acquiring suppliers or customers, handling disputes on your behalf or guaranteeing transaction volume. Provider fees, payout arrangements and policy drafting are agreed separately. Native mobile apps and complex multi-region operations need additional scope.
A booking platform could let a customer choose an available appointment, reserve it during payment and receive a confirmation only after payment is verified. Cancelled or expired reservations would release the slot. This is a workflow example, not evidence of a delivered client platform.
Work is quoted after the requirements and acceptance checks are agreed. The handover covers the delivered changes, verification notes and operating instructions for the agreed scope. Further releases and ongoing maintenance are optional and scoped separately.
