Guides and code

Our guides are researched against official documentation, release notes and other primary sources, and checked by an editor before publication. Software changes quickly: versions, options, limits and prices described in a guide are correct as of its last update date, shown on every article. Code examples are provided as they are, without warranty. Read them, understand them and test them in your own environment before you rely on them, particularly before running anything against production systems or data.

The directory

Listings describe products and services as our editors understood them when the details were last checked; that date is shown on each listing. Being listed is not an endorsement, and the absence of a product says nothing about it. Confirm prices, plans, features and terms with the vendor before you buy.

Paid content and affiliate links

Cloudsoft Zone is supported by paid listings, featured placements, advertising, sponsored articles, guest posts and affiliate links. Every one of them is labelled where it appears, and paid outbound links are marked as sponsored. Payment never changes a review, a rating, the order of search results or what an article says about a product.

AI assistance

Some articles are drafted with help from AI tools. Every such article is fact-checked and approved by an editor before publication and carries a disclosure, and AI-generated images carry a short note.
