Ongoing updates, security patches, monitoring and small improvements for the applications your business depends on.

Software needs care after launch: security updates, dependency upgrades, bug fixes and the small changes users ask for. A maintenance arrangement keeps your application healthy and gives you someone who knows the system when something goes wrong.
We agree what is covered, how requests are raised and how quickly they are looked at. Each month we apply updates, review logs and monitoring, and work through a prioritised list of fixes and improvements, recording what changed.
Maintenance is arranged manually after we review the application and your ongoing needs. Each agreement defines included tasks or hours, coverage hours, response expectations, exclusions, unused-hours policy and a review or end date. Unlimited development, guaranteed uptime and 24-hour on-call coverage are not included unless separately agreed. Third-party subscriptions and hosting charges remain separate.
We agree who owns backups, releases and incident decisions. Renewal and changes to scope are discussed directly; this website does not create an automatic subscription.
We first review the application, supported dependencies and deployment access so the agreement reflects its current condition. Existing defects or a major upgrade may need a separate initial scope. Each request is prioritised against the agreed hours and response window; work beyond the allowance is quoted before it is added.
