What DIRI AI does
DIRI AI is a web app for rehearsing sales and advisory conversations out loud. A voice AI takes the role of the buyer or client, and after each call the user receives a scored report. The service is run from the Czech Republic under the DIRI AI trading name. DIRI AI pricing runs from a free tier to paid plans, both covered below.
It addresses a common gap: sellers rarely get to practise a hard objection before facing it with a real customer. DIRI AI lets them try the conversation first and see where their wording fell short.
Key features
- Voice role-play. The AI customer reacts to what the user actually says rather than following a fixed script.
- Scenario library. Ready-made situations cover price objections, first meetings, cold calls, client retention and difficult customers.
- Report after each call. Key moments are quoted, their effect is explained and one change to try next time is suggested.
- Custom scenarios and replay. Paid plans add scenarios built from real situations and a replay of the weakest moment.
- Progress tracking. An overview with charts shows results across sessions.
- Team options. Company plans add shared scenarios and a coaching overview for managers.
Who it is for
Salespeople, insurance and financial advisers, customer service and call-centre staff, and the managers who coach them. The interface is available in 11 languages, including English, German, Spanish, French and Czech.
Pricing at a glance
- Free: €0, one voice call a day of up to 5 minutes with the full report; no card needed.
- Start: €19.90 per month for 80 voice minutes.
- Plus: €49.90 per month for 240 voice minutes.
- Pro: €99.90 per month for 480 voice minutes.
Paid plans offer a 7-day trial that requires a card. Training stops at the monthly limit with no overage charges. Team plans for 5, 20 or 50 seats are arranged as a pilot on request. Prices checked on the vendor's site on 31 October 2026.
Things to consider
- It runs in the browser and needs microphone access; no native apps are mentioned.
- The free tier needs a confirmed email, and only one free account is allowed per person.
- Features such as the AI coach, PDF export and history older than 7 days are limited to paid plans.
- Team pricing is not published.
Getting started
Create an account, confirm the email address, allow microphone access in the browser and start a first practice call from the scenario library.
