Payment and Third-Party Integrations

Payment gateways, accounting, shipping, messaging and CRM services connected to your website or application.

About this solution

Online businesses depend on outside services: payment gateways, accounting software, shipping providers, email and messaging, and CRMs. We connect them to your website or application so orders, payments and customer records flow through without manual work.

How we work

We follow each provider’s documentation and test environment, verify webhooks, handle retries and duplicates, and keep credentials on the server. Every integration logs what it did so issues can be traced.

How the work is scoped

We agree the provider, supported payment or data operations and the records that must stay in sync. Webhook authenticity, duplicate delivery, delayed callbacks and reconciliation are addressed alongside the normal success path. Provider test environments and your application’s record lifecycle determine the acceptance checks and release steps.

Scope and exclusions

Merchant-account approval, provider fees, settlement timing and financial policy decisions are not part of implementation. Historical reconciliation, refunds and additional providers need explicit scope. Payment status must be checked against provider evidence rather than a browser redirect alone.

A practical example

A payment integration could create a pending order, record a verified provider event and move the order to paid once. Duplicate notifications would leave the same payment record intact. This is a possible acceptance scenario rather than a completed client integration.

Pricing and handover

Work is quoted after the requirements and acceptance checks are agreed. The handover covers the delivered changes, verification notes and operating instructions for the agreed scope. Further releases and ongoing maintenance are optional and scoped separately.
